I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies and the innate wisdom in all of us to process and heal deeply and foster ever lasting change emotionally, physically and energetically through mind-body therapeutic practices.

What is somatic therapy?
Somatic therapy is a type of therapy that focuses on the connection between the mind and body to help you process trauma and release stored stress and tension. It uses a combination of techniques such as breathwork, movement, mindfulness, self-regulation skills and processing techniques to support emotional, physical and energetic healing.
