Hi I’m Kate, a trauma informed Somatic Therapist and Counsellor.
I believe we are all alchemists of our own experience, each of us holding the innate power to transform our pain into strength, our wounds into wisdom, and our stories into sources of deep, embodied resilience.
I’m deeply passionate about guiding you back to the quiet wisdom of your body, to the innate wisdom we all carry to feel, to process, and to heal. Through mind-body therapeutic practices, I support lasting transformation, emotional, physical, and energetic, grounded in presence, compassion, and deep listening.

What is somatic therapy?
Somatic therapy is a type of therapy that focuses on the connection between the mind and body to help you process trauma and release stored stress and tension. It uses a combination of techniques such as breathwork, movement, mindfulness, self-regulation skills and processing techniques to support emotional, physical and energetic healing.
Emotional experiences, especially trauma, aren’t just stored in the mind; they’re also held in the body.
