Sacred Moonlight: Reiki, Cacao & Energy Healing
An evening of embodied healing and sacred rituals. This immersive ceremony weaves together ceremonial cacao, somatics, reiki energy, and rituals to invite emotional and energetic release, leaving you with a sense of calm, emotional awareness and balance.
We will work with the powerful plant medicine of cacao to open your heart, inviting you to connect with your emotions. Through the gentle yet profound energy of Reiki, we will clear emotional and energetic blocks, fostering healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.

Embodied Flow: 60-minute Yoga Flow
This 60-minute Vinyasa yoga class weaves together dynamic movement, breath awareness, and somatic principles to support deeper embodiment and nervous system regulation. Guided by a somatic therapist, the class invites students to move mindfully through a flowing sequence that emphasizes internal awareness over external form.
